The website at www.bjuiknowledge.org and those of the website pages at www.app.tessello.co.uk/ that support BJUI Knowledge (together the "Websites") are owned by and/or operated on behalf of BJU International ("BJUI") which is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated under English law (company number 01793312) the address of whose registered office is 3 Junction Mews, London W2 1PN, United Kingdom and a charity registered wth the UK Charity Commission under registered number 289273. References in this Policy to "we", "us" and "our" are references to BJUI, and references in the Policy to "you", "your" and "user" refer to any individual or business that contacts us and/or accesses the Websites for any reason and/or uses any of our services (together "use").

The Data Protection Act

We are required by the Data Protecton Act 1998 (the "Act") to follow strict procedures to protect user information. We have a current registration (number Z2302931) in the Data Protection Register that is maintained under the Act. The Act gives you the right to access personal data held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with the details of the personal data that we hold about you.
